Your Time Is Your Life

By just looking at the title, "Your Time Is Your Life", for a second, one may find it simply tautological. It may even appear as completely senseless. However, if one is to ponder on it for a minute, then, one will realize that it carries a much deeper meaning then the apparent meaning.

Although most of us may not be aware of, our time is the most precious of all the assets at our disposal. It is more precious than our money, buildings, and any other asset. It is the most invaluable possession in the sense that, unlike other possessions, you can not regain it once you have lost it.

What seperates the people into successful and failures is how well this asset is made use of and this is a universal truth. The successful people try to make the most of every minute of their time. For them no amount of time is less important however small. For the failures, though, it is the opposite. They waste their time doing nonesense and in procrastination.

Now that we know that our tomorrow depends on how well we make use of our today, then what are we supposto do? Here are few guidelines to help you manage your time:
  • Ask yourself what your mission is and specify your goals.
  • Make a scheduale of activities.
  • Do what you can do today.
  • Avoid procrastination- a stich in time saves nine.
  • Never understimate any effort however small-trivial plus trivial gives you trumph and trumph is no trivial.
  • Never understimate the value of time even if it is a minute-take care of the seconds and the hours will take care of themselves.

In conclusion, although different people may find different time management techniques useful, nonetheless there is a general fact that is always true for every person and place. This is the fact that your time means your life.
